Ashley Winberg

Ashley Winberg is one of the leading condominium lawyers in Ontario and is the Head of Corporate Practice at Pulver on Condos.

Ashley assists a diverse array of clients throughout Ontario on all matters relating to condominium governance and management. Ashley’s practice is largely focused on complex post-turnover issues related to shared facilities, human rights, employment, expropriation, workplace violence and harassment, construction deficiencies, occupational health and safety, aging and mental health, and municipal planning and compliance.

As part of her commitment to serving condominium communities throughout Ontario, Ashley is a Director on CCI Huronia’s Board of Directors, the Chair of CCI Huronia’s Membership and Advertising Committee, a member of CCI Toronto’s Volunteer Committee, a member of CCI Toronto’s By-Law Sub-Committee and a member of CAI’s Communications Committee. Ashley is also a frequent speaker and instructor at industry events and courses and contributes to numerous industry publications.
